Care for your
digestive health.
Careful investigation.
Clear advice.
Auckland, New Zealand

& endoscopist
Let’s work through
your symptoms.
I see people with digestive symptoms, new test results and conditions that need ongoing care. My job is to work out what needs investigating, explain the findings and discuss the treatment options with you.
I trained in New Zealand and completed further training in therapeutic and advanced endoscopy. I work in a high-volume tertiary hospital service, caring for people with a broad range of digestive conditions, including more complex problems requiring specialist assessment and treatment. I practise in Auckland and offer consultations in English and Mandarin.
What brings
you here?
Choose a starting point to see how I can help.
Start with what you have noticed.
Tell me when your symptoms began, how often they occur and what has changed. I will review your medicines and previous tests, examine you when appropriate, and discuss which investigations could help.
A current medicine list, any previous results and your questions are useful to bring.
About a consultationPut the result in context.
A finding on a blood test, scan or endoscopy report does not always explain your symptoms. I will interpret it alongside your history and the rest of the examination, then explain whether treatment or further investigation is needed.
The patient guides explain common findings and the questions they can raise.
Explore patient informationUnderstand the examination.
We will discuss why the examination has been recommended, what it can show and what may happen during it. The service where you are booked will provide the preparation, medicine and recovery instructions for your appointment.
If your instructions are missing or unclear, call our endoscopy team before changing medicines or starting preparation.

Time to describe what has changed
We start with your symptoms, medicines, health history and what you would like the appointment to address.
